UK Domestic Orders: All orders within the UK are shipped within 5-10 working days.
International Orders: International orders will be shipped within 5-15 working days.
Pre-Orders: If you have placed a pre-order, the shipment date may vary. We will notify you with the specific date at the time of purchase.

Import Duties & Taxes
For international orders, it is important to note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and we have no control over them. We are unable to predict the exact amount of these charges. Refused Shipments
If you choose to refuse a shipment from Star Bureau, you will remain responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any courier costs incurred in returning the package to us. Please ensure that you are available to receive your order, or that you arrange for alternate delivery options with the courier.
Refund & Return Policy
At Star Bureau, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any items once the order has been placed. Please ensure that you have reviewed your order carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong order, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us at contact@starbureau.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement or another solution.
